Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Drawing Vault. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Drawing Vault ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Drawing Vault for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the app or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all drawings and content you save in Drawing Vault. We do not claim any rights over your content.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We strongly recommend regularly exporting .tkv backup files. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from deleting the app, device failure, or any other cause.
4. In-App Purchases
Drawing Vault offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase to remove advertisements ("Premium"). This purchase is:
- Processed by Apple via the App Store
- A one-time payment — no recurring subscription
- Linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID
- Non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy

5. Advertisements
The free version of Drawing Vault displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to Google's terms and privacy policy. You can opt out of personalised ads via the App Tracking Transparency prompt shown at first launch.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Drawing Vault is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not responsible for any loss of data. You should maintain your own backups of important content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Children
Drawing Vault is intended for use by parents and guardians to save their children's artwork. The app does not collect data from children. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app.
9. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
