1. Who we are
Drawing Vault ("the app", "we", "our") is developed and published by an independent developer. The app is available on the Apple App Store. For questions, contact us at support@drawingvault.app.
2. Data we collect
Drawing Vault does not require an account and does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or location.
The drawings and child profiles you create are stored exclusively in the app's private storage folder on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
3. Advertising (free version)
The free version of Drawing Vault displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect anonymised, non-personal data to serve relevant ads. This may include:
- Device type and operating system version
- General location (country/region level)
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
When you first open the app, we ask for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline, only non-personalised ads will be shown and tracking is disabled.
You can change your tracking preference at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

Purchasing Premium (€0.99) removes all ads permanently. Premium users are subject to no ad-related data collection whatsoever.
4. In-App Purchases
The Premium upgrade is processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive, store, or process any payment or billing information. Apple's purchase privacy policy applies: apple.com/legal/privacy
5. Children's privacy
Drawing Vault is designed to help parents save their children's artwork. The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Child names entered in the app are stored only on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use of the app by children.
6. Data storage & security
All data created in Drawing Vault — child profiles, drawing images, and titles — is stored in the app's private sandboxed storage on your iPhone. This storage is:
- Inaccessible to other apps
- Not visible in the Photos library
- Not backed up to iCloud (unless you explicitly enable iCloud backup for apps in iPhone Settings)
- Deleted if you delete the app
7. Backup files (.tkv)
When you export a backup (.tkv file), the file is created on your device and shared with you via the iOS share sheet. We do not have access to this file. You are responsible for where you store it (Files app, email, iCloud, etc.).
8. Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All data is on your device and entirely under your control. You can delete all data by deleting the app.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
